MKPlacemark 返回其 title 属性的地址，而 MKPlacemark 类不允许您设置 title自己。

你可以做的是创建一个 MKPointAnnotation (它有一个可设置的 title 属性)并将它的 title 设置为你想要的任何东西 mapItem.name.
