Unable to detect popup elements?

Question

Using AUTOIT, I need to detect the pop up which is displayed when i clicked an icon from system tray . I need to check few details in the popup. Currently pop up is displayed and when i try to detect using any tool, it vanised.

can any one help me in this?

Problem :

1. Popup is displayed when I am clicking an icon from system tray
2. I need to validate information in the popup
