flutter - jitsi video conferencing with mobile app and web application (cross network)

Question

i am completely new in jitsi, i am making a flutter mobile app for student with video conferencing with teacher, but the teacher will be from web application (cross network), i do not know how to setup jitsi server with cross network and other stuff like video recording, screen sharing and custom branding etc.
