window - Citrix VDi display issue

Question

I have a display issue with my VDI that it doesn’t display in full screen that fit to Citrix screen.Window inside Citrix display in half screen and grey border in both side left and right. This happened after I restarted my VDI . If Citrix option Preference-> Scale to fit is selected it display in full screen with stretch of window which is difficult to work. How to get window to fit Citrix screen back with Preference- Best resolution?
