I already know of :last-child. But is there a way to select the div:

 <div>a</div>
 <div>b</div>
 <div>SELECT THIS</div> <!-- THIS -->
 <div>c</div>
</div>

NOTE: without jQuery, only with CSS

:nth-last-child(2)
