avcapturesession - Crashed when tap on back button & getting dispatch_sync called on queue already owned by current thread

Question

I have QR code scanner feature which works on all iOS device but not working in mac catalyst apps. I am using xCode 12.2.

The issue is when a screen open with camera then I just go back to previous screen and app crashed.

I get the following logs :

Now as it says "dispatch_sync called on queue already owned by current thread" which means that deadlock occurs. I did not used any sync function and also try to run camera on async function but nothing works.

can any one help?
