Regex match only first fails if las s and text on the same line backwards

Question

Here is the case, I need to match only the first ":" (linetobematched:ok) with a regex but it's not working if the 2 symbols are on the same line ->it matches everything! I need to use the s flag as I'm not sure if it is always on the same line

<div>line: content<div><div>linetobematched:ok</div>
bla bla

My objective is to clean the text below "linetobematched:ok" included where the constant is a ":" but I need to stop there
