I solved this.

.
using Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection;
.
.
.
namespace MyProject
{
    public class Startup
    {
        .
        .
        .
        public void ConfigureServices(IServiceCollection services)
        {
            .
            .
            .
            services.ConfigureApplicationCookie(options =>
            {
                options.Cookie.Name = "MyCustomCookieName";
            });
            .
            .
            .
        }
        .
        .
        .
    }
}
