node.js - better-sqlite3 error while installing npm module

Question

So after fighting with Python errors I've tried to run npm i quick.db again and got this error:

I've installed windows-build-tools and reinstalled it lots of times with different features but it didn't help me. I hope you will find a way to fix it.
