linux - Getting Error while Creating Credentails using Ansible Tower-CLI

Question

I have created a custom credential type, with username and ssh key labels.

I am using the Tower CLI to create credentials with that custom credential type using the below command.

tower-cli credential create --name=test-credential --credential-type test --inputs "{'username':'admin','ssh_key_data':'lookup("file",test.pem)'" -h http://x.x.x.x -u xxxx -p xxxxx --organization Default

But, I am getting the below error message for my command.

Error: Error loading structured input given by inputs parameter. Please check the validity of your JSON/YAML format.

I even tried to include the sed command as well, with this command. Even that didn't work. Does anyone have a solution to my problem? Please guide me in this. I am stuck in this.
