webrtc - Stand alone voice broadcast with RPI4 and WiFi

Question

I want to use RPI4 as a server in a wifi network without internet access.

The RPI will have a USB microphone attached to it. It will be powered by external battery and connected through ethernet to a batter-powered wifi access point.

The goal is to have users connect with their smartphone to the wireless network and hear the microphone thats attached to the RPI.

So basically a one-way audio broadcast to many participents (up to 40).

I have tryed to learn many diffrent setups but they feel like overkill, (maybe Im wrong): -Asterix/Raspbx -Jitsi Meet -Mumble

I know how to make things work but I'm really lost in all the options and what to actually put my focus into.

What would you use to make this work?
