javascript - Add a web3 failed transaction to the blockchain even if it's reverted

I'm trying to debug a failed transaction on web3 that is caused by contract.methods.function().send({from:me}). I get Uncaught Error: The execution failed due to an exception.. I think it's because of an error in my contract's code that causes the transaction to revert.

To aid debugging, it would help if the transaction was still "pushed" to the blockchain, so it would show up on etherscan, even if it is reverted. This is an example of what I'm looking for. This is already the default behaviour when calling a function from etherscan's Write Contract functionality, and I was wondering if it's possible to replicate it in web3.

Any help is much appreciated.
