project - RSYNC origin path being ignored or other bug

Question

I have an rsync script which was working but now outputs an error.

Script: "build-mac": "node ./node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack --config config/webpack.config.dev.js --progress --profile && rsync -ar ./dist/debug/ ../packages/somefiles && npm run link-package",

rsync: mkdir "/*Hidden but correct here*/../packages/somefiles" failed: No such file or directory (2)

As you can see its completely missed the origin and taken the destination as the origin. Which does not exist yet.
