Issue in setup Google Authenticator in C# Application

Question

Anyone please help me to solve this error. I have using google authenticatior(v2.2.1) to login my application. But i need one condition that the secret key cant be encrypted (secretKey).

TwoFactorAuthenticator tfA = new TwoFactorAuthenticator();
var setupCode = tfA.GenerateSetupCode(issuerName, appName, secretKey, true); // secretIsBase32
// setupCode.ManualEntryKey (CAPITALISED secretKey)

var result = tfA.ValidateTwoFactorPIN(secretKey, userInput)
bool value = result ? true : false;

I have created google authenticator app with setupCode.ManualEntryKey time based but it always show validation process false.

But i have tested with secretIsBase32 (false) it works perfectly. How i can fix this error with secretIsBase32 (true)
