geometry - How to bind data-points to a specific area inside a circle?

Hi everyone the Following Situation:

I have a circle with a dynamically generated number of Quadrants and Segments. What I want is to find the coordinates inside each segment. So for example one Quadrant is from A to F to E to A again and has in this example 3 segments.

I want to calculate the coordinates inside each segment. Any ideas?
