_install react-native or expo and enjoy (_install react-native或expo并享受)

in most cases nodejs on version 12 causes many error for react-native and the most stable version is 10.xx (在大多数情况下，版本12上的nodejs会导致react-native出现许多错误，而最稳定的版本是10.xx)
