apex can not install on windows with cuda 11.1 or cuda11.2?

Question

i try to install apex on windows use "pip install -v --no-cache-dir --global-option="--cpp_ext" --global-option="--cuda_ext" ." or "pip install -v --no-cache-dir ." but always got same error "Given no hashes to check 155 links for project 'pip': discarding no candidates"

i had try to change setup.py code. but still not work.

environment PyTroch 1.7 ; GPU drive version 461.09; pip 20.3.3

Can someone please help me fix this bug ? Thanks in advance : )
