http 缓存问题

我在JavaScript fetch设置了Cache-Control，Expires等缓存的控制头，但是浏览器好像并不会缓存呢？
还是缓存只能为资源文件？

缓存针对的是资源文件，如图片、css文件、js文件、字体文件等，并不是说设置了缓存之后，请求就不发送了。只是服务端接受到了带缓存头的请求后，会根据缓存规则进行对应的处理。
