megamenu error backend magento 2 how to solve?

I am using the magentech medisine theme for magento 2.3.6, when trying to make edits to menu items, for example changing the name or inserting another item, it simply does not open the edit fields or threatens to open and close again, but when it opens after a lot of insistence, and I change the type of menu for example, close everything again. already compiled, reindexed, cleaned cache, did a new clean installation and nothing works, but when testing on firefox an error screen (attached) appears that there was a problem with the server, I don't know if there is a problem with file permission or scrpits because if it was maybe there would be other types of problems so I would like your help
