Can any help me on how to access network duplicates plugin of google dev tools through puppeteer

Question

I am trying to access the google dev tools plugin NetworkDuplicates and capture the data from it. I came across puppeteer which can be used to access dev tools. can any one help me on how to do it.

Any other suggestions other than puppeteer are also welcome.
