asp.net - How to use colon (:) as part of the C# configuration key?

Question

Configuration file snippet (simplified):

  "Tags": {
    "<link rel="icon" href="https://mywebsite.com/icon.png" type="image/png" sizes="32x32">": true
    "<link rel="icon" href="https://myother.com/icon2.png" type="image/png" sizes="32x32">": true
  }

I'd like to keep ":" in the key because otherwise I'd have to put extra logic around whether to add http or https dynamically to the href.

I'm also avoiding using an array because I'd like to be able to override the reference in child instances.

I see that it isn't supported here: https://github.com/dotnet/extensions/issues/782 but was wondering if there are any suggestions people could give.
