Controlling advertisement in Chrome Omnibox for Android

Where to access the settings governing the logo shown in the little circle in the Omnibox, such as shown here: "PBK" Pottery Barn Kids logo in Omnibox? Historically, this has always shown the Google logo while typing in the Omnibox; recently, various company logos of the websites visited have started to show instead.

Not sure what this little circle is called. It appears to be controlled through cookies (deleting everything reverts to displaying Google icon), but it does not appear to be controlled under notifications. Any insight is appreciated!
