aws codepipeline - AWS batch/build-graph requriement

Question

I have a parent springboot project(source in codecommit)where it generates 10-12 jar files. Now i have a child project where source is in codecommit and it have dependency in the above 10-12 jars (parent project). What should i do to build the Child Project ? When googled i found batch/build-graph, is am in right track ?
