命令少了一个参数, 没有解码出 sql, 你截图下面的 BINLOG 中包含的内容,解码后就是 sql 了.

mysqlbinlog 命令有一个参数 --base64-output 可选参数 [decode-rows|never|auto] 你命令加上 --base64-output=decode-rows 参数运行试试
