Imagine a list of persons owning a different amount of cars. Each row would describe the person's height, weight and gender, the number N of cars owned (those 4 parameters = fixed header), AND an N repeat of each car's 3 features (brand, model, price). Each row would be of different length: 4 + N x 3
Can I split each unique row so that I end up with an N repeat of the row's header and each time the 3 features of each car appended?
I can't figure out where to begin with, even basing on this great tutorial (https://yagisanatode.com/2017/11/18/copy-and-paste-ranges-in-excel-with-openpyxl-and-python-3/)
