css - How to set fixed width to the website so all contents remains same when zooming and zooming out?

Question

I would like to set the same width for all contents in the website when zooming in and Out, and also I am giving the max-width of html,body = 1075 but the hero section is still bigger than that. How can I fix that and set same width for everything when zoom in and out?
