Assigning a key combination in SDL application config file

Question

This is a user-side question. I have an SDL application which allows me to configure the keys by assigning a keycode to an action. At the moment action to terminate the application is assigned to Esc (27). I'm looking to reassign it to Alt+F4 combo, but unsure how to specify a key combination using keycodes.
