usb - Convert SDL2 scancode to PS/2 scancode

Question

I am looking for a way to convert an SDL2 scancode (e.g. 0x004 for A) into a PS/2 set 2 scancode (e.g. 0x01c for A). According to the SDL2 documentation, SDL uses USB scan codes:

My hope is that this mapping from USB/SDL scan codes to PS/2 scan codes exists already and I don't have to manually do it in my code.
