swift - Custom Siri Intent localization dialog not showing

I have a confirm dialog of

Are you sure you want this item?

Siri responds

confirm item?

Despite having values for various localizations for CFBundleDevelopmentRegion in the InfoPlist.strings file, the custom intent confirm/response dialog does not work(checked Bundle.main.object(forInfoDictionaryKey: "CFBundleDevelopmentRegion") and the specific value for the device language matches the correct language code). But if I deliberately add the specified language for CFBundleDevelopmentRegion in the main Info.plist file it shows the correct dialog for that language
