kafka consumer api - How child json attributes to parent json in nifi

Question

I have json nifi flow content like below

{
   "name": "Rohit",
   "stock_details": "{'GOOG': '234', 'AMZN': '340'}",
   "age": 32
}

I want output like below

{
  "name": "Rohit",
  "GOOG": "234",
  "AMZN": "340",
  "age": 32
}

Can you anyone suggest me how to do it. Currently I'm looking into jolttransformjson nifi processor

Note: In stock_details keys values are dynamically change for each user.

[
  {
    "operation": "default",
    "spec": {
      "*": {
        "GOOG": "234",
        "AMZN": "340"
      }
    }
  }
]

Above one is useful for hardcoded keys, but for me both keys and values are dynamic
