Is there a way to convert a shortened URL back to a normal url with node red (ibm cloud)?

I'm currently an amateur who has just started developing node red. The documentation for node red doesn't seem to be substantial. In pallet management, there is a way to shorten it, but there is nothing to expand, so please tell me the easiest way to expand shortURL without load.
