c# - Transform password hashes made in System.Web.Security.Membership between 4.5.2 to 4.7.2 (Umbraco)

Question

As in title I am wondering, was it some change in this files between thoose versions? I am now facing a problem, because I am moving users data from Umbraco 7 to 8, and I can't use default migration because of mess in project I got to work with. Is there any way to transform password hashes for members that they can use their old passwords in new system version?
