record video from webcam by python and cv2

Question

Hi i use this code to record from webcam for 10 sec:

import cv2

camera = cv2.VideoCapture(10)
return_value, video = camera.read()
cv2.imwrite('hello'+'.mp4', video)
del(camera)

But i got this error:

I do not know what should i do to debug
