java - Can't open a full dialog window when creating a new resource file in Android Studio

Question

I have this issue where when I press RMB on a folder then go New> Android Resource File I don't get a big dialog window where I can change some options. I can only give this new file a name and that's it. Image of what it looks like Image of how it should look
