php - HTTP Error: no data present after HTTP headers - NuSoapClient

Question

I am trying to run a web service with NuSoapClient and I am getting this message:

HTTP Error: no data present after HTTP headers

I am running on the local XAMPP server. This is the code I am using:

    } else {

Does anyone know why this happens? Is it a bug in the code? Problem with my local server?
