windows - How to make a vb.net application copy itself on startup and locate it in appdata

I am about to start coding a vb.net software. I am new to vb.net and coding in general. For this application, I want it to ask for administrator rights on startup and then copy itself over to appdata of the machine where is is being started and then add itself to windows startup and registries so that each time the windows server reboots it will start itself automatically. Not sure how to do this. Please help. Thank You.
