bigcartel - How can I change the images that shows up as the category container images on the home page of my Big Cartel site?

Question

I am seeking a way to use my own images I choose as the images that show up for each category on my home page.

Currently the images show up by order of listed products, choosing the first product in the category for the image used. But since many of my products are tabled under multiple categories, the same few images keep repeating for all the categories.

I want to code in and set each category container image myself but my tries so far have been unsuccessful. Any help?
