python - Send unique message to every member in guild using Discord.py

Question

I wanted to do something like whenever someone writes anything in a channel. The bot replies something but it shows unique to everyone. For example, as shown in the image when a user writes 2 am, I want to show him/her ist while for another user it will show pst. I also know what to show to which user using a Mongodb database.

I want to make the same message different to everyone and not send multiple messages.Is it possible?
