How do you open Chrome in developer mode using Windows Scheduler?

Question

I'm trying to configure a task on Task Scheduler on Windows 10 to open a website with the developer tools open.

Here's the settings I've tried so far but it does not work. The page will open fine. But the developer tools window is closed.

Action: Start a program
Program/script: "C:Program Files (x86)GoogleChromeApplicationchrome.exe"
Add arguments (optional): --auto-open-devtools-for-tabs https://www.google.com/
Start in (optional): blank

Does anyone know how to make it work?
