reactjs - Could we use Azure IoT Hub for connecting to react web app using mqtt over websocket for real-time application

I was just wondering if we could use Azure IoT Hub for connecting to React Web Application directly using mqtt over websocket similar to AWS IoT Core?

I was also wondering if it's possible could we use Something kinda Rule of AWS IoT Core in Azure??

We are looking to develop real-time application but signalr is sometimes inefficient to handle disconnected states so were looking for some advise on alternatives.

I have worked in AWS IoT Core but not sure about it's alternative with respect to Azure.
