GCP site verification when owner is gone - App Engine

Question

I've been implementing the GCP API for site verification , I would like to use the verified site on my GAP services. It has been all sound and happy but there is one concernment, the website ownership on that API belongs to an account (refresh token helped me out there), but, what will happen if my account gets excluded from the project? What happens to the domains registered in GAP?
