sql - Store Dictionary from C# in Database SQLServer

Question

I would like to store a dictionary from C# classes...

Here from namesape namespace IBM.Watson.Assistant.v1.Model

Context in C# and Java

public class Context : DynamicModel<object>
{
    public Context();
    public string ConversationId { get; set; }
    public Dictionary<string, object> System { get; set; }
    public MessageContextMetadata Metadata { get; set; }
}

and

DynamicModel in C# and Java

public class DynamicModel<T>
{
    public DynamicModel();
    public Dictionary<string, JToken> AdditionalProperties { get; }
    public void Add(string key, T value);
    public T Get(string key);
    public void Remove(string key);
}

I would like to receive proposal to create the tables and (their relationship) for the dictionary System from Context class and AdditionalProperties from DynamicModel class.

I think it could be a table that represents the dictionaries, with a one-to-one relationship with its owner table. But it could be that there is a better way to do it.

Maybe, it's a foolish question, but I need a concrete answer. In order to prevent change my scheme later. Is it okay or would you propose a better proposal?

I appreciate a SQL proposal with the detailed structure.
