vue.js - v-autocomplete not filtering v-list items

Question

I am trying to setup v-list with v-autocomplete. The dropdown for the v-autocomplete shows with list items but I am not able to find the item by typing. I am able to type but the filtering process doesn't work. Below is code of how I am implementing it. I am using vuetify version 2.3.10. Please help me find where I am going wrong.
