reactjs - can't read property of format undefined in jest test case in moment

Question

Why, I don't know I import function in the test case and tested it it showing error can't read property format undefined.

const isSchedule = () => {
   const format = format => moment().tz('Australia/Perth').format(format);
   /// some extra code
   const nowDate = format('YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss');
   /// some other code with newDate;
   return true // true or false as return value
}

while creating the newDate variable it raise error

my Test case

it('should scheduled when empty array passed', () => {
    const isSchedule = isScheduled([]);
    expect(isSchedule).toBe(true);
});
