reactjs - npm is taking too long to run (reacjs project)

Question

I have this problem when I try to run reactjs project using npm start or yarn start it takes too long to start the project even when I create a default reactjs project it takes a lot of time to start and also take a long time to compile with a change something. I have a new Dell Latitude 5410 laptop with this configuration:
