javascript - How to override the base-href in angular when using innerHTML

Question

I have an backend HTML response where i have many relative URL's .When i render that HTML response in Angular through innerHTML ..angular is overriding the base target href of html response with my Host URL as the base URL. For eg. HTML response contains

<base target="_blank" href="https://abc/abc> and any href as <a href ="/def"

browser is making this URL as hhtps://abc/abc/def while angular is making this as

https://myapplication.com/def

I tried many ways but did't work out.
