axlsx - Why does Libre Calc display true as 'true

Question

I have an xlsx file which was generated using caxlsx

For a cell with value true : Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets displays it fine but Libre Office Calc has the value 'true (true prefixed with a single quote).

The xml used to render xlsx is having:

<c r="B1" s="0" t="inlineStr">
  <is>
    <t>true</t>
  </is>
</c>

Tried searching known issues in both caxlsx and Libre Calc but was not fruitfull.
