You could just do this aggregation in your query:

SELECT Age,
       STRING_AGG(Name, ',') AS Names
FROM people
GROUP BY Age
ORDER BY Age

Output:

Age     Names
12      Gessica,Alice,Max
23      Federica
34      Jack
