wpf - AutomatioID for children inside a template

Question

I'm trying to read Automation ID's located inside container (here a template).

I read that TextBlock located inside a template (any template) is not visible. That's way I have to override OnCreateAutomationPeer() method. But nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong? It supposed to be a simple problem to set an automation Id.
