I'm noticing our SSIS packages that are utilizing Check Points have started to create .tmp files in our Checkpoint directory.
These files are generated at the same point in the ETL, so I have it narrowed down to a specific package (The master ETL calls multiple packages). However, the tmp files only seem to be generated when called from an Agent job. Not when ran via VS.
I've looked at the "BufferTempStoragePath" on the DFTs and this is not being set to our Checkpoint Directory.
Is there a setting I'm over looking here?
